JUSTGIVING PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Terms and Conditions below must be read carefully. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Term and Conditions upon entering the competition.
2. The competition is open to all UK residents and aged 18 years or over who have a Red Nose Day 2025 JustGiving fundraising page. This prize draw is not open to employees of Comic Relief, their close relatives, or anyone connected with the competition.
3. To enter the competition, entrants must have at least £25 in donations on their Red Nose Day 2025 JustGiving fundraising page by 11:59pm on the 21 March 2025. Entrants that have at least £25 in donations by this date will automatically be entered into the competition. If you do not wish to be entered into the competition, please email info@comicrelief.com.
4. All Red Nose Day 2025 JustGiving pages that have at least £25 in donations by 11:50pm on 21st March 2025 will constitute one entry into the competition. Any Red Nose Day 2025 JustGiving pages that reach the specified donation amount (i.e. £25) after this time will not be entered into the competition.
5. There will be two winners. The winners will each receive a one hundred pound (£100.00) donation to their Red Nose Day 2025 JustGiving Page.
6. The winner will be selected by a randomised draw on 24 March 2025. The winner will be notified by 31st March 2025 by email to the email address associated with their JustGiving account.
7. The prize will be added to the winners Red Nose Day 2025 Just Giving page by 31 March 2025.
8. Comic Relief reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so, including for any reasons outside of its control. Comic Relief reserves the right to disqualify an entry or entrant, or cancel the provision of the prize should a participant breach these Terms and Conditions or behave in an unlawful, fraudulent, inappropriate or offensive manner.
9. The prizes are as stated. Comic Relief may substitute an alternative prize of similar value. No cash alternative will be offered.
10. The prize is subject to change. Descriptions and depictions of the prize are provided without a warranty of any kind. In no event shall Comic Relief or any prize provider be liable for any claim demand or damages caused to an entrant (or any recipient or user of the prize) by reason of a description of the prize being inaccurate, incomplete, or for the prize being otherwise in any way different to the entrant’s expectations. To the extent permitted by law, Comic Relief excludes all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) and will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate a participant or the winner (or any recipient or user of the prize) or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of entering the competition or taking up a prize (other than for death or personal injury caused by Comic Relief’s negligence), including all indirect or consequential losses.
11. Comic Relief and their sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any website, delivery service, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any entry not being properly received.
12. This competition is operated by Comic Relief. The prize is provided by JustGiving.
13. Your information (email address, your name and surname) will be collected by Comic Relief and will only be used to communicate with you regarding the competition. If you are selected as the winner, Comic Relief will
(1) contact you to let you know you have won and to administer the prize, and
(2) use your surname and town or county of residence to announce the winner of the competition and/ or to respond to requests for details of who won the competition.
If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Comic Relief by emailing info@comicrelief.com. For the avoidance of doubt, Comic Relief must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on their request.

15. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
